Strange things can happen in the realm of the mind, especially if you're not the only one in there.

In the story the dragon Evonnae has no body, as it had been taken from him long ago to end his crimes against his own kind. Unfortunately the punishment was not enough and he came to exist as a kind of spectre of his former self, haunting whoever he set his sight on.
