All of these were done on one sheet of printer paper. Although I do find that using a printer paper with a smooth texture will help you more than those with a rough texture. Rough textures tend to grind up your pencil graphite more, gets graphite everywhere and can cause smudging.
Theres other tricks to it too, but I do try and draw sort of carefully so that these look relatively neat.
