well i didnt create this version it was used in discord whooves the tumblr blog (amazing blog you should really read it but takes alot of time) i just drew fanart but i do know the reasons first he was the pony in the actual episode cuddling the doctor in the backround during the song perfect stallion and this was the cutiemark he had when shown again when jitters the discord whooves mod saw him he had decided he would be jack as for the reason he gives within the blog (quoting from memory but it should be nearly exact)"orion is a hunter with good aim and everyone talks about his belt"
