This here is a Borg character of mine. After the Queen was offed by the future Janeway some of the borg stayed together and formed the borg union. They act as a collective and as individuals. Due to there new innovativeness they've advanced there technology a lot. The armor you see him wearing is actually generated by ablative armor nodes here and there. those nodes are essentially small replicators so he can make any kind of clothing he wants instead of just the armor.
