Which is why I love soft synths so much. Once you get a GOOD 24bit sound card to get latency below 10ms, you can't tell any delay from hitting the keys to hearing the sound. It's that steep step of buying a >250$ PCIex sound card that trips most people up in computer music.
But, I do have an Ensoniq PK6 and an Alesis Fusion. Used to have an ESQ1 and a EPS, but realized I was building an all-ensoniq setup for some reason and traded them for a new computer rig. (Easy reason -- they are cheap to buy and easy to repair.)
When you open again, and when I can afford it, I will have to get more sketch commissions from you. You do such awesome work. <3
Also, although it was out of your comfort zone, I think you did a FANTASTIC job on the footpaw.
