Actually you cannot guest to euro servers just like you cannot play with euro to american servers in dungeons.

Yeah I just checked, Funny, I could swear at launch it was possible, not to mention I believe they said something about being able to jump to any server, hmmm~

Any server on your own side. Thats why alot of people from euro are hopping to us servers and vice versa.
