Do what you can to let go. After all and think of how sucky everyone elses life must be to have to put you down just to make themselves feel better. They likely have fake friends and no real life.
Stick with your art, and do all the art and vent art you need. At any rate, vent art is a hell of a lot better than taking it out on your body. or theirs for that matter ;)

But seriously, vent art isn't bad. It's an escape, and a very constructive escape. I'm glad to hear that you vent by doing art, because people usually stray away from art and turn to other, more serious things as a means of escape. Not a pretty sight.
