Now this is a character I sorely miss, SWAT KATS was such a amazing series, I could barely believe it was a HB cartoon. Callie is such a hottie, great rendering. Love her face.

The 90's was personally a golden age for Hanna Barbera cartoons with the quality of stuff they were making at the time... Pirates of Dark Water, Swat Kats, Real Adventures of Johnny Quest and Scooby Doo: Zombie Isle/Witch's Ghost.
I still miss those days, though I HAVE heard one of the co-creators openly discussed his interest to continue/reboot Swat Kats, though was apprehensive in pitching it to CN considering how they've been toward action shows lately...

I am however hoping it gets pitched to Toonami or something.

At this point I would be in favor of a reboot, either 2D or 3D animated, I just would ask that the writing is as sharp and edgier and that it lasts more than 2 season like the original did. That series got unceremoniously and prematurely killed, it was getting specially interesting after more female characters got introduced in the Second Season like Felina Feral and Turmoil. God dammit, even the plot descriptions available for the unfinished episodes of the 3rd Season were awesome. Serious letdown.

I know the feeling, especially after the cancellation of Sonic SatAM. It seems that it's hard for any action cartoon show to stay on the air for long when it's getting good... at least in America.
