Someone's definitely been practicing their shading, and it shows. This added some much-needed depth and polish to your art.
However I would try to avoid pillow-shading the hair if you can help it. The way it is used here gives her hair a more metallic and solid feel, especially with the black outline. You don't need to worry about the black outlines, maybe use high-contrast shading or try a different method of highlighting the hair. Something that would give the illusion of individual strands of hair.
