Noel is a demon. This maybe be obvious? On the lower left you can see her decoy face.. she’s a lot like how a female angler fish with the bob lure on her head.. cept it is her head.
Although in low lighting the face is very convincing to a human's, if you were to study it too long you'd see the flaws.
The 'normal' frontal eyes are actually just empty sockets
The nose has no cartilage in it at all the shape is superficial and if you pushed on it it'd more then likely bend or 'deflate'

I imagine the face skin can retract all the way up until it leaves the fully bared skull and the side eyes in the skull fully exposed. The jaw prolly drop-extends too because from the side view if you notice it looks very long

Noel is pretty common. She lures and devours humans flesh and all mm~ .. actually she won't hesitate at ALL to ear weaker demons.
