Another piece in the the works for Further Confusion. This years theme is the Fur East. So I get to play with kimono design! (Otherwise known as fun with colors and patterns!)
I should have had more done for this show. I've been in an awful depressed funk over the holidays, and I'm finally beginning to feel better. And the creativity is starting to flow again. Such a fickle muse, the wench.
Anyway, I hope to get this one finished tomorrow.

I love the fish on each piece of the dress, how they all flow from one section to another.
Also, I just found out, cause I went to Michaels crafts store today, that Prisma makes a non-colored blending pencil! It is creamy and helps blend, but adds no color. I was using so much white pencil to achieve that effect, and that doesn't help with dark scenes or things. I can't wait to try it out.
Just thought I'd share.
