Yup Zuraki used to be kept as pets and used for therapy. Mostly because since they live in such close nit family groups, they have an instinct to want to comfort people who are sad and watch over children. Sort of like how dogs will latch on a sad person and do everything in their power to cheer them up, or shadow a baby to make sure they don't get in trouble XD
