Okay, I finally got myself a shrinkray, and made myself short. But now my friends want in on the act. Oh well, we have no idea yet that it's a one-way trip once shrunk more than one time.

I'm not disagreeing with you.
Although I would nitpick about calling gafoxtaur a scam artist. This isn't a case like Starfinder or Lupine_assassin, where the user repeatedly takes the money and runs. Poor business management? Yea, sure.
But the fact that Eviscerator had to explain his snark tells us both that this isn't about getting the word out. It's about being angry and spiteful.
Again, if the debt still stands, he has a right to be upset. But there are good ways of expressing oneself, and bad ways.

And this was started *after* the agreement was made to refund his money. Thus freeing me from any obligation to draw for *him*. I did offer to do the art and fill his order, but this is not what he wanted, and I agreed to pay him back as soon as I was financially able to. Yes, you have screen grabs from Twitter. He brought it to twitter to reach me because I had not signed onto FA or Inkbunny in ages, and this was an avenue to reach me. AFTER the twitter discussion, we worked out a tentative agreement for his getting repaid.
He does have a legitimate gripe about being shorted on his art and having to wait for a refund, However I had assumed we had settled this as adults privately.

I just find it funny you were more than happy to reveal the details for a delay in a note to a complete stranger as opposed to a client.
As I stated in said note as well, twitter is not private. Instead of insulting him you should probably be more keen on working with him as opposed to blocking him and then undoing it to save face. Also continually insulting him by diminishing his value as an adult as opposed to yours is pretty childish and further poor business practice, but at this point that's a pretty moot point to bring up.
