100% Hand drawn picture again ^.=.^ Done inbetween Other picture projects.

This.. I haven't figured out a good name for just yet |D so far other mons' names were after like.. an animal and then some part of element or item (Bruzeal - Seal and like.. a life vest). So far this is all i got. A list of attacks is there (Don't know about water spout, but its something to look in to eh? ;P) and I plan to color it in a while.

...why hasn't Nintendo Come up with this idea yet?!
