^_^ Yep, I go through the CRAZY amount of crystals I have a pic ones with interesting shapes to make molds from. I really liked this one because of the cluster of defined points at the bottom. For the straight points, I used some double-terminated moonstone points to make the molds because there are *perfect*. This next crystal mold is larger and has a nice shape to it. It's part of my "Elder Scrolls" inspired series.
I love them.
If I were to want a custom mold, would you be able to sculpt something and make it?
This, of course, won't be any time soon.. Like I said, I am still developing the species.. Then I will have to develop the character.. and then I will have to buy stuff to make a suit..
But in the future, if I was interested in something like that, could you?
They would be rather large I think, some of them upwards to almost a foot long.. So I imagine the supplies would be expensive, so I would happily pay for them upfront and then pay for the work put into it and shipment afterwards.
Oh, also.. Is there a way you could possibly make hollow things? Like maybe make the mold, fill it with the glowy stuffs, and then put something else in it to make it hollow that you would take out at the end?

I don't do sculpting (I physically can't due to arthritis) but I have a friend who does AMAZING work! I personally have two of her dragon boxes, two pendants, and a pair of earrings. ^_^ http://www.facebook.com/woodlandwonders22 <--- Link to her FB. She's making me custom pieces to use as masters for my glowies right now.
As for your second question, I'm not really sure what you mean. ^_^'

Oh awesome! I will have to look through her stuff..
And what I mean is.. You use the negative of the form you want to make as a mold..
You pour the substance that will make the form into that mold...
And then a way to make it hollow would be to put a positive of that mold that is smaller into the substance..
I'm bad t explaining @_@
