I remember this movie, I watched it a few times at my old daycare and I got it on DVD at home. Such great memories.
I like this, Merlock tries to let them know he's an evil bad guy but the kids are hugging him like they know he's in denial, he tries to fight them off and tries to resist but he's than overcome by their affections, he can no longer fight it and he gives in, turning him into a sweet, sensitive, peace loving, child loving, touchy feely good guy. How cute yet it's kind of funny.
