Another day, another Team Member of Team Zero Percent! This is the last member of the team, "Otty" the surfing buizel. Actually, since there's not a ton of opportunities for surfing at the  pokecombatacademy , he's taken up skateboarding as well.

You know, I think every team has to have at least one character who's a complete space case, or at least a candidate for being send into orbit in a small round object, and thats what Otty is. He's more of a slacker who just enjoys having fun over actually battling. He's also a bit more absent minded than his teammates would like (except Vermillion, who wants to strangle him with both of those tails).

Pretty simple design. Dive Ball colored vest that can act as a life preserver, a 0% T-shirt, some swim trunks with big ol' pockets on the side (because cargo pockets are the new Black/Belts/Mice in fashion). His surfboard is colored like a Net Ball, and his skateboard has 'Buizel' written across the bottom of the White & Red board.

As a side note, Buizels are hard to get to look right with that inflatable collar. So many problems getting it to look right. Grrrrr.
