Pretty lame title I know, couldn't think of anything else. Pretty lame picture too. He just became my favourite anime character when I saw him and how awesome he is, so I had to art him. I hope you don't see too many of my mistakes and please tell me what you think.

lies. This is awful Those legs are stupid! And a couple small parts were traced. This is utter garbage. It's not even drawn! The glow effect was just stuck on with a single click and the patterning was a simple fill tool job.
