But yeah, I'm 34 years old, so as far as anything sexual is concerned 18 is too young for me. Yeah, unless I'm absolutely certain someone's gonna go along with it, I don't usually try to instantly initiate a role play, and even then I'm a bit hesitant. I usually even apologize in parentheses in the same message in case they didn't like it. As for age, I've usually seen it as not being that big a deal if it's strictly on the Internet... Wait, that came out wrong, um...oh, forget it! Anyways, I'm not tryin' to convince you, so...yeah.

And that sounds like a sensible way to approach things. It's always best to make sure someone's into it before you try to start something. So points to you there! As for age, I tend not to worry too much about it with my other characters. They're purely fiction, so I can change their ages to fit any situation I want to put them in. So, while I don't do any role-playing with any of them, I can easily make it so that, if they're put with a younger partner, it's something that happens when they're of an appropriate age themselves. But since Megan is actually meant to represent me, I tend to keep her much more to the real me, age and all.
