The Jangwa are the lowest of the three classes, and it’s obvious that the fact burns. These desert folk, once a proud race, were conquered with the Mjusi by the humans. Their homeland spans the desert surrounding Amarantos’ northeastern side. They need very little food and water to survive, as well as being able to withstand high temperatures. They are typically thin, and very lanky.
Jangwa tend to average around 5 ft in height, and their fur is often scruffy and toned for camouflage in the desert. While there are Jangwa with a more sleek appearance, the fierce pride of the Jangwa race as tough desert dwellers often alienates these ‘human like’ Jangwa, from both social acceptance and sometimes even work in the fields. Most Jangwa who have legitimate jobs work there, though even many of those may resort to petty theft to get by...
