What exacly are his abilities and how do you feed it? or maybe he/she? if it~ is so smart does it have a personality?

It is "it". Smart enough to have... well, not personality, but unique behaviour (for every single one of this species).

These little creatures dwell around one of in-game species - once wild horses.
Symbionts help them keep their skin clean and act like second pair of ears, due to their are ten times better, than horses have.
In return, these little critters have protection, warmth and food - they can feed on fruits, little insects and some rodents.
