Garden tools are fine.

Abstractifying garden tools so close up you can't tell what it is, is not fine. Not for someone who's relatively advanced like you are.

Plead with your teachers, or hell, take matters into your own hands and ignore their assignments and put up self portraits, or life drawing studies from people in shops, local areas, or landscapes.

You're capable of doing what you want, so fuck it all.
