Blur, more like neon sign tool : O She is positively lit up! Still it is a nice effect and it defiantly made that outline extremely vibrant and eye catching, the pose notwithstanding also helping of course ^^;. Why do I get the distinct feeling that is how this particular Pokemon would use double team around you...
