Seibar Lockjaw, an exalted reaper, has a distinctive feature. he has horns and spines with gaps in them. and with his killer insctincts and dual sythe, he can be the perfect assasin. he has four spines that comes out of his back and dual tails to let him able to distribute his weight evenly. he is the newly recurited assasin of the kingdom and is expected to kill the targets he has been assigned.
