She could tell it was electronic, but it sounded nice to her--not "annoying" as she thinks most electronic music is. (She actually plays her video games with the sound turned down! )
I make sure to eat dinner with her every night...she's in her 70's now and if she isn't cooking for someone, she has a tendency to not even eat herself. We always watch movies and t.v. shows together on the weekends. We're going through classic and older t.v. stuff now...this weekend we're watching "Murder She Wrote" season two episodes.

It makes me happy to hear that it didnt annoy her. I think the reason it sounds better to her is because I used more instruments and less synths in this, If I can recall there is a Saxophone, flute and two different pianos for the melodies, and total of two maybe three synths, not counting effects. I wanted a more organic feel to it, like a small class orchestra. And its good to hear you're taking care of her, and making sure shes okay. Watching old t.v. and movies are always good. And the fact she still plays videogames is wonderful. :3C
She is a total "puzzle game" fan...and very much addicted to stuff like "Dr. Mario" and "Bejeweled". When I was younger, she was the one who played our Atari 2600 the most...and she was the first one in my family to play any "Sonic" games after I bought a Genesis.
I thought I could hear multiple instruments in it. Wow. I wanna buy your album! The lagging wi-fi at work won't let me listen to the new ones you posted, so I'll have to wait until I get home tonight.

That's pretty neat, my mother is sort of the same, the game we played the most was Crash Bandicoot for PS1. she did play the old SNES along time ago as well.
Yep there are about 7 different instruments(counting synths) in this song. and oh woe is me... if only I had an album you could buy... I am looking into getting things out like albums on bandcamp or something so people can buy my stuff yo... there's just a few more things I need to work out.
And my songs can wait till you get home, they aren't going anywhere anytime soon. :3c

I hope you can get many people buying your music!
I didn't even know what "Sonic" was until I came home from work one day and saw my mom playing "Sonic 2". I was "What's this?"--she said, "Oh, it's that game that came with your Genesis." I watched her play and thought it was fun. She won't play the 3-D "Sonic" games, but she'll play the old Genesis ones.
