Interesting piece, it's very nicely done. Also I love the angle of this piece and how the scythe is coming at the viewer

The elders once said that time is a living, breathing thing. Powerful. Beautiful. Oftentimes cruel. It can humble the strongest army, shape mountains to its will, and turn entire oceans to dust.

Very cool. The only thing I'd suggest is the guy having a bell somewhere for that whole "Ask not for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee" thing, plus clocks sometimes have bells. I dunno I just see this guy looking all scary and looking like he's gonna cut somebody and it just seems to fit.
It's a commission though and it is awesome, the perspective of it all looks especially well done and must have been hard to work with getting details right from such an odd angle.
