The teacher idea reminds me of a certain minigame from Pokemon Stadium.
It something like Clefariy says or something, you memorize a pattern of arrows and copy them.
What made me laugh was the fact that the clefariy got hit with a squacky hammer everytime you got the pattern wrong! XD
