I had a problem with music and my parents at one stage. They considered it a waste of time, and that everything else was more important. I showed them what I had accomplished in my music, and they sat there silently. At the end of the last song, they encouraged me to become a full-time musician.

Critique... Harder to crit demo songs, due to the lack of finishing touches...
Firstly, move your double-basses up an octave? I may be wrong, but they'd probably sound better. Other than that, I can only say that it'll be perfect when it'd done! I'm worried that I won't be able to critique you soon, because I won't be able to give any negative feedback!
