This is the tight sketch for my first Illustration assignment of the semester. Yes, yes. It's very messy, but that's what happens when you are required to work on tracing paper.

The assignment was to create and image by selecting elements from one of each from the list below:

1.) Human male or female.
2.)Indoor or outdoor hand-held machine/tool.
3.) A musical instrument, a child's toy, or transportation machine/device.
4.) Food, natural or prepared.
5.) Patterned fabric.
6.) An imaginary creature/character or a real animal.
7.) Architectural interior or exterior
8.) A product package, advertising signage, or typography.

This is the result image I came up with. Can't help but think of the song "Can't Take It In" from the Narnia soundtrack. The finished piece is due Jan 30th, so until then, enjoy the progress.
