The ringleader and mother of Rain Thunder and lightening, Hurricane has delusions of grandeur that aren't quite delusions. She remembers an age where her kind ruled all the lands in and out of Equestria and she'll stop at nothing to get it back (with her as the queen of course). Her ambition is not without caution but she's just as wild and unpredictable as the hurricanes she can create. She hates Pegusi with a firey passion as they "stole her job" of controlling the weather when Discord was originally imprisoned.

Thank you so much! I really am big on making characters that are well rounded and beleivable, I was given the added challenge in that the Dragonequis species is basically the platypus of the supernatural creatures of MLP. (i honestly hate how complicated Hurricane and Lightning's colors are but they both came out of necessity. Although both designs completely flew in the face of what I usually do when i design characters ie following the rule of simple and streamlines but in the case of these four I pulled out all the stops and cut loose more than i would normally when designing characters because the designs were a reflection of what I wanted to convey for all of them.)
To be honest, the complicated color pattern is one of the main reasons that I like these characters. The fact that the color-schemes are so complicated makes it obvious what a challenge it is to create, replicate, and work with them. That challenge is what impresses me the most about them. They're not simple, they're not easy and getting them developed like this is something you don't see every day.
