The oldest and most intelligent of the trio, Rain is the Sherlock Holmes of the Weather Vain family. He is also, much to his Chagrin, the smallest. He has a habit of being meek in the face of his younger brothers which has led him to be coddled endlessly by his mother who will fight most of his battles for him. In his element however he is the cheif problem solver of the group and does the research for the plans his mother might have. An expert in History and Magic there's few Draconeqqui that can surpass Rain in terms of magical prowess, allthough those that can surpass him rank among his own Mother and Discord himself.
