I had a dream a while ago that was advertizing some new game, it was an RPG or a tactical game or something, and there was the inclusion of a couple of kingdom hearts characters, but what really stuck out to me was the fact that each of the characters had multiple forms they could transform into that would grant them different abilities, stats, etc.
This guy was one of them - as a human he's pretty average, as far as I know, but an above average warrior. His wolf form is a much more capable Warrior, but loses out on some utility, and his Boar form is a capable healer, but not such a great attacker.

There were a few other guys, but I don't recall them all. one that I do recall was just something called "Warbeast" and it was this big, hulking silhouette with glowing red eyes whose human form was a sort of creepy pale guy that looked like he'd been the product of some kind of crazy experimentation.

either way, I'm going to try to make a game using that idea for a system. hopefully it goes well, and actually happens.
