:( How did you diagnose her UTI?

I wasn't able to until after she passed, and I was curious as to why, since her last couple of days (and even the night before she passed), she was incredibly active. The big thing was sneezing, but she lost appetite as well, and she had mucous around her nose. It all stopped around her last couple of days, but I guess by that time she was just too weak to survive. She became unresponsive with uneven breathing, then she passed shortly after.

The breeder (also a friend of mine) knew what was wrong before I got her, but didn't think it was bad enough to worry about, or else she would have kept Gumbo longer until she either got well, or passed.

That's really too bad. Sounds like a potential Respiratory infection as well. Poor Skinky

Oh haha yeah it was an URI (upper respiratory infection), xD Not UTI.

And yeah. I miss her a lot already. She was good company for a poor snowmew with no one to hang out with. x3

AH that makes lots more sense. Epecially with the symptoms listed. Especially with reptiles, usually by the time they start showing bad symptoms it is sometimes too far to do anything.

Blueys do make amazing pets. I've got a 8 year old female. I can't wait for her to be my children's first pet eventually :)

Yeah I've known Gumbo Since about a year and a half before I got her. Her owner, who originally meant for her to be a breeding female, could no longer care for her because she was away from home too often and too long. They're so chill and fun.
