I finished up a handful of little ready-to-wear badges that I will have for sale at Furry Weekend Atlanta next weekend!

Ok I have a very stupid question. I am always seeing people selling badges and I know they are something your supposed to wear at a convention...but why? I have never been to a convention...I guess I could understand if you were not wearing a fursuit and you wanted people to know what your sona was that you could have a pic but how does it work when its something like the above? Would you be adopting a persona for the day kind of idea?
