The Chartreuse Elemental Draco Canis Seal is a bloodline seal the seal marking will usually appear when the said person body had enough energy to be able do elemental attacks. Usual the first element the person get is what there body first leans to so any person of this bloodline the start any elements first. There are animal spirits that are the chartreuse wolves and dragons both these spirits are lime green in color and will judge if there host is ready for there powers .
