Well, it's high time I did one of these for me I s'pose. Monks in 4th edition have this weird thing called 'Full disciplines,' where they, essentially, get a full turn out of a single power. Anything marked 'full discipline' means that I can use a move action to use the move technique, a standard action to use the standard technique, or a move and standard to do both. So I could, for example, move my normal movement speed, then use the attack power from 'star wars kid,' or use a basic attack and then use the movement power from 'staff inflation,' or use both the move and attack power from Balloon Form for both a move and standard action respectivly. Fun stuff.
