I drew this in homage to all those old classic cartoons that decided that putting a man in a skirt was funny. Warner Brothers, I'm looking at you.

Though Sonic underground seemed to stick sonic and his green, palette switched bother into drag almost every episode.

oh, and I threw slappy in there, because they have the same hat, and slappy rocks. She's probably in my top 3 favourite WB characters.
