Whole Purpose Of His Creation: He is an anime-ish voodoo doll character who loves to cut things up. The spikes at the end of his feet are a special device. When the eye on his stomach glows, he embeds the spikes in the base of the victim's skull, instantly killing it and controls the body like a vessel until the nerves rot away. The souls of the victims are trapped within the eye. He needs the souls to continue living. Without them, he'd just be a regular doll. His wings and index fingers are blades.
