If those are electronic controls and a mic, she may be playing at being a DJ.

If they aren't electronic, it almost looks as if she's slicing something long and round (like a sausage).

Haha it does look like she's slicing sausage! It's a very rough little sketch. It's supposed to be a slot-machine type lever, and a dual-slot sliding lever in the other hand.
