Ok, I revised Talon's look from the previous update. Here he is, looking much more cool, and I even got the feather-fingers in there. Yay me!
Anyways, the crest feathers are much less a spikey jumble and more of a nice floofed out crest. Then there are his flight goggles, which are mostly to keep the bugs and sand out of his eyes.
His vest is there to give him the look of a pilot. I even went so far as to add a 0% "blood chit" to the back of the vest. What is a blood chit you say? Well, its an item to help out a foreign soldier return to his army, if shot down over friendly territory. Anyways, the Blood Chit on the back uses Unown letters to spell out Talon's full name, with PCA spelled out down the right hand side. That goes on the bottom portion of the blood chit.
And down below are two different looks at Talon. The left is just him paying attention to something, either a test or perhaps watching someone from a perch, while the right is obviously him being suprised by something, so much so that his goggles have popped off. Either that, or he's accidently flying into a brick wall. One of the two. He does know how to "Fly" after all.

Thanks. I figured wing-arms would be better accommodated by a sleeveless jacket. The only reason Mal had the half-arm sleeves on his jacket is mostly because he doesn't actually Fly, while Talon does. And the Unown lettering just seemed too cool not to use at least once, so thats when I came up with making a blood chit design for the back of the flight jacket.
And more likely he's just running into someone's Light Screen. ;)
