In theory, this guy should've been easier to throw gizmos and gadgets on, but the core of his costume is the long, flowy cloth and turban. I decided to make a concession and give him an article of western-style clothing, his shirt, but I kept everything else closer to his original design. I did switch out the chainmail vest for a chainmail kilt (that's not detailed in) to keep with the exotic flair that any corsair should maintain. The insignia on the glove is actually the flag of the Ottoman Empire of the time period which I placed him in.

I drew this one before Fomalhaut, so it's a little more structured, but it's still sloppy. Again, I am more excited about the idea rather than the doodle. Once I get settled into drawing on my PC again, you're sure to see both of these characters, and probably more....
