I gotta say, this little guy is probably the downright strangest thing I currently own.
This is the african hyrax, a member of the rodent family (similar to rabbits, beavers, and mice) what astounds me really, is the front teeth. Rather then be together and "buck toothed" like other rodents, their teeth separates in the center giving it the appearance of fangs!
