Personal - Enjoying the Attention
~~~
Due to her frequent visits to as-Subaiba in the Golan and striking appearance there, the local tribes have begun worshiping Muzafr as a sort of deity or spirit of the desert. Most of her adoration comes from the Druze due to their living in much of the area, though she is admired by villages of most of the faiths of the area. In return for their attention and tending to her, (dressing her up, tending wounds, giving food and water,) she defends them from rogue dragons and the splinter militant groups that threaten the safety of the small villages.
And she lo-oves the attention! Yes, she is even letting them put beads and trinkets and flowers on her spines, and the worshipers definitely aren't going to run out of spines any time soon. And yeah, that is a young girl on her back putting beads and a...a little jeweled tiara on Muzafr's horn! <3
Muzafr most often takes these northern-bound treks solo, appreciating time off from the militant lifestyle as well as the chuckling that her gun-savvy boys would bring along if they saw her being fancied-out, hehe.
I have to admit that I would be nervous if I was that guy kneeling behind her elbow. If she bends that arm...ouch.
Just a quickie of some fancy line-art practice. Huuuuuge file, sheesh. Original is 4000 pix wide, bah. I might finish the flat colours in this and add some shading later on if I snag some more time.
Muzafr is my sona.
Enjoy!
