Finished Commission for
Argent-Fatalis of his sentient smilodon character Argent.
A very fun subject, as I am a big fan of prehistoric creatures. Despite Argent being a very large Smilodon Fatalis species, it was fun to try to piece together a reconstruction of this extinct species.
This painting was fun to work on! It gave me a chance to practice my digital painting, lighting and landscapes.
Endless thanks to Balaa for her wonderful advice! :) It was insanely helpful. Now if I could only procure an industry standard screen of awesomeness, it would make the task of digital painting slightly easier X3

Maybe to publish more in Prehistoric Times, and to try to have commissions for ancient wildlife for books!
I did intend on making more for prehistoric times, but since its probono art I rarely have time to squeeze it into my already tight schedule. But prehistoric animal reconstruction is something that REALLY interests me. :)
