When infected, a few of the human race somehow maintained their humanity, while also inheriting the near immoratlity of the undead. They outlived the downfall humanity, and may be found sporatically in the animal inherited world.
Also if i do a comic, the Title is now DEADAWAKE, and will feature the main character teaming up with a drifting Woken. Super exciting for me as the title was super hard to think of.
