Alas, it's a little less cooler now. At that time the store was unoccupied, so the production left the sign up even when the location was not being used. But an actual business has since moved onto the premises, and so, whenever they are not using the exterior, the sign is covered up. Fortunately, the "Storybrooke Bakery" is still just down the street.
