Rights:

While the commissioner retains the rights they have to their own personal characters, I retain all rights in regards to the piece of artwork. The commissioner may crop an image for use as icons, wallpapers, or resize it for display purposes, but they may not make any edits or changes to the art itself. The commissioner may post a display-sized image (no more than 1285 pixels at largest dimension) online for display in their personal galleries, so long as credit is given to me as the artist. The commissioner may not reproduce, or make any money off the artwork.
All pieces will be public, you can request to keep the picture private (25% fee)

Commercial Use
If the commissioner intends to use a piece of art for any kind of commercial use, this must be discussed with me in advance, and if I give permission for said usage, I will want royalties on any sales with my artwork in them, and credit to myself as the artist. The commissioner does not have the right to use any commissioned artwork for any commercial use without prior written permission from me.

T.O.S summary - VERY IMPORTANT TO READ

1. Commissions are Pay First.

2. Commissions are done privately and Sometimes I stream my work but if you want to have a look of the sketch before continued work you MUST tell me you want to see it.

3. Full Body reference required, this means nude and showing back and front of character, if possible

4,To get a slot it's First Come, First Serve, but order of receiving your image is random.
- Note, I will only take TWO SLOTS per person. I will not allow you to order another order UNTIL those are completed. [ this is in order for newer folks to have a chance]
-This includes friends trying to order the same character in them.

5. I have the right to turn down your idea after you tell me it. Especially if it's something that I am not comfortable with.

6. There is a NO REFUND policy held on orders. The money used for images is often gone shortly after, this is because commissions are the primary source of income. It is often used towards groceries, bills, and school payments. This policy is not to be rude, it is only to have clients be aware.

7. I hold rights to my art.

8.By ordering from me you are in understanding of my need to pay bills and buy groceries. I take more commissions when bills are needing to be paid. This does not mean your order was ignored, this is just my job.

Communication-
All communication will be through either email or notes. The commissioner understands that good timely communication is very important, and without timely responses, my process will be slowed down. I work on multiple commissions at a time, and I will generally go back and forth between commissions to make the best use of my time, so if I do not receive timely responses, I will often switch over and work on another piece. Communication should also be friendly, professional and respectful at all times.
