IT's... rather colorful to me.
Personally, I enjoy how you managed to color the hair in. I don't.. see pink hair on dragons at all. It's creative. That and the dual colored mismatching eyes stands out. How they look less like eyes and more like some type of jewel due to how you color blended them in is..an enjoyable thing.
The skin tone.. that is well done, as you managed to make it a darker shade of pink/lavander while still keeping it realistic enough to look like dragon scales. I like that.
Personally speaking, I find that it turned out a rather nicely done picture.
