Yes! His name is Krad, and he is exactly as he seems. A sadistic, creepy, dark, monochromatic, evil Pikachu.

Here's the facts:

-Krad is Dark's dark side. He is the devil on his back, made of pure sin. Krad is also Dark's name, backwards.
-Dark Hyperbeam is a move I invented. Dark, Power 250, Acc 95, PP 5. Even if it misses, the user's Att, Def, Spd, Sp.Att, and Sp.Def are all lowered. The user also suffers recoil equal to 50% of the damage.
-Also, the OT (Original Trainer) is an anagram name.
-"Sadistic" doubles the power of all Dark type moves as long as the user is at full HP.
-The item Anti-Cross prevent the user from sustaining recoil from using Dark Hyperbeam.

Here's his story:

Having boredom take hold of Dark for the first time in years, he'd found nothing to do, though a still strong believer Pokemon. Dark decided to take on the challenge of facing the demons of the planet. He called up and asked Him to allow him to help fight them, but it would have to come at a price. He would have to face his own inner demon, the black inside his heart. Dark is a good follower, believes strongly, and cares for others a lot. However, the greater one's light is, the greater his/her shadow becomes. Krad was too much for Dark. Unknown to Dark, if he lost the battle, Krad could gain control and escape, and so he did. But this was His plan: Dark had to be released from all the sin in his heart before he could serve Him the way he desired to. Dark now searches for his demon counterpart.
Krad feasts on negative emotions and grows stronger the more he encounters, becoming ever more visible and able to make a bigger influence on his surroundings. First, a ghost in the wall. Second, a creepy spirit that is sometimes seen at night. Third, a frightening essence that can start to control people and their actions. Fourth, a constant reappearing shadow that torments and follows people. Fifth and finally, a visible, tangible, pure construction of sin and chaos, capable of super-Pokemon powers, matching to those similar of Mewtwo's,and stronger as he grows.
