It's been a while since I've gotten a badge, so I wanted my next one to be a little different. After seeing can do some rather abnormal ones, I knew she'd be perfect for doing this one!

With all the mystery of who is, I decided to go Scooby-Doo on him...thing is, it turned out more like Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island . None the less, Mystery Solved! Mystery Otter is rainbow, quite delicious I might add.
